It has been a good long week. Sometimes it is hard to make sense of something good that has been hard to do. However, at HEA if it was easy then most likely our clients wouldn't be calling us and they would just do it themselves. So, we've been hard at it with HP and Cisco solutions all over the place and not just in Ky. For example, we were in W. Virginia earlier this week. So, thank you to our clients for helping make it a Good Long Week for us. The alternative, well, we won't speak about that.

Rob Raymond and I are spanking other vendors who miss the obvious and helping one of our international mining clients in the proper design of a 300 handset Cisco Telephone system that spans central TN.

The Cisco led Partner event for Cisco and HEA clients was a HIT... I pitty the fool that missed the return of the A-Team after the unified communications presentation by the Cisco Team about designing call center applications!
